Originally established in 1993, Footloose Travel and Tours, LLC is experienced in all aspects of the travel industry, both domestically and abroad.
The owner, Lisa Osborne Blalock, is an amateur Facebook blogger and professional travel writer for an international business magazine. Her devotion to the travel industry is evident in the knowledge she shares with readers on a monthly basis through her published articles.
Lisa has combined her travel school education along with a Bachelor of Science in Social Science, numerous industry certifications, and many years experience in both the hospitality and travel industries to create a one stop shop for all your travel needs. A Master's Degree in Business (Marketing) shows Lisa's further dedication to continued learning and a desire to manage the company efficiently and professionally to benefit all, including vendors, customers and employees alike.
Specializing in complex foreign itineraries, cruises, adventure travel, educational and group travel, including destination weddings and corporate events, Lisa offers consultations as well as a full array of planning services. Her passion for showing off different parts of the world in a fun, exciting and affordable way, makes Footloose C.A.R.E.S. tours (Culture. Adventure. Relaxation. Education. Service.) a wise choice for those wanting the most for their vacation dollars! And new in fall 2023, Lisa will begin helping customers receive excellent, inexpensive dental care in South America through Footloose's new dental tourism program.
